SeaTreat is a dog-friendly, fully renovated beach cottage south of 30A - perfectly located in the heart of Seagrove within walking distance to the beach, Eastern Lake, restaurants, and unique shops. We know you'll love this cute pink retreat!
On the 1st floor of this home you'll find 2 living areas - a great layout that allows for families and groups to have their own area when needed. There's a large Smart TV in each living area for your entertainment needs plus plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The 1st Floor also features a guest bathroom and laundry area. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
The chef in the group will love the fully stocked kitchen, including beverage fridge and ice machine (perfect to fill coolers for your beach day). Grab a drink and relax on the large front porch under the string lights. Or, head out back to grill up your favorites on the gas grill and enjoy a meal al fresco.
With your stay at SeaTreat you'll have a convenient location close to 2 beach accesses - both under a 5 minute walk. After a day at the beach you can rinse off at the outdoor shower out back or use the convenient foot washing station at the front of the house.
Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Living Area: Futon pulls out to a queen bed. Shared guest bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV and desk area. Private bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, Smart TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunks and twin bed, Smart TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Beach Access:
Head down south on Dalton Dr. St to Eastern Lake Road. Turn left (east) and this road will end at your beach access at Eastern Lake. For an easier access without the Eastern Lake outfall, you can also walk further down Eastern Lake Road to Ramsgate Beach Access.
Distance: .2 miles | Time: 4 minutes walking
Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We had a very nice stay and loved the house. The beach access was not as close as the description suggests but we used the nearest public access and it was fine.

The location is great, not a far walk to beach or lake. The house itself is spacious for a larger group. We had enough parking for 3 vehicles. The outside shower is nice, they had some games for the kids. Plenty of towels provided, everything worked. Ice machine was a bonus. There were some soft spots in the floor that were a little concerning, but overall the house was updated and nicely furnished. The beds were comfy too which is a big plus.

We enjoyed the weekend! Great location, great house with plenty of room. The bathrooms are on smaller side, but nice. Definitely will return!

The downstairs bathroom toilet was leaking a few hours after we arrived and the downstairs shower was not even finished with construction. We also got home one night to the not finished shower leaking all over the floor. The maintenance men came quickly and did resolve the matter. We were disappointed in those issues and I have requested a discount due to our inconvenience. We were also not notified that construction was going on next door to us on both sides and across the street. We were awakened each day by construction trucks and workers at 7:00 am.
