The UHC LARIMAR is located in the centre of Salou, just a few minutes' walk from Llevant Beach. Awarded the Blue Flag for the quality of its services. The complex offers a large communal swimming pool (adults + children's + hydromassage) surrounded by lawn and sunbathing area. 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and a small children's playground.
DISTRIBUTION:
The air-conditioned apartment is distributed into 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Independent and well-equipped kitchen. Living-dining room with sofa bed and access to the balcony with views of the swimming pool.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Free WiFi in the communal area. This service is provided by the property management of the complex and UHC will not be responsible for limitations or outages.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Optional parking with supplement and subject to availability.
- GROUP BOOKINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or stains on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. Lovely apartment well equipped in a great location for the beach, Bars Restaurants and PortAventura world. Communal pool was really nice shared areas very clean and plenty of sunbeds.
