Welcome to Emerald Isle 0303, a Gulf-front two-bedroom condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. With expansive windows overlooking the water and a private balcony, this inviting coastal retreat offers a relaxed setting for families or small groups.
The open living area is filled with natural light and features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with seating for six and additional bar seating for two, making it easy to gather for meals.
The primary bedroom features a King bed, Gulf views, and private balcony access, along with an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and shower combination. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations for up to six guests.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and outdoor showers. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).
Located just minutes from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, dining, and local attractions, Emerald Isle 0303 offers the perfect balance of beachfront relaxation and convenience.

Condo was great, if anything there were to many different codes- gate, door , beach entrance, pool to building entrance.

Overall the stay was pleasant, beach location was great and located close to lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
The down side - the gates seemed to to have issues almost every day with access codes not working or just the gates being broken. Only two elevators and they were pretty slow.
For the unit - for the price that we paid I was really disappointed in the lack of cookware and the quality honestly. Mismatched silverware, absolutely no sheetpans or larger cooking pots. We had to run to the dollar general to buy a cheap cooking pot so we could cook pasta for 4 people. We also had to buy a sheet pan/cookie sheet as there were none at all. The owners may want to consider upgrading some of this as it makes it really hard to cook without some of the basics. The cabinet drawer laminate if peeling off as well. Just overall needs some TLC.
Also the pillows were super uncomfortable so either bring your own if you can or grab the throw pillows from the couch. We paid close to 5K for 6 nights and honestly have stayed at other condos much nicer for less.

The property was as advertised. Nothing over the top, but the location was perfect and the view of the Ocean off the balcony was priceless. We had everything we needed and the beds were decent so we got a good nights sleep.

The agency was great and my condo was ready early. The view is amazing! The condo needs updates.Baseboards missing and just felt old.Bed in master was very uncomfortable.When I got there the room was musty but once I turned down the air and bought a room freshener it was better. The worst part was the construction. The listing did say they were doing updates.But the pool right below my room was wired on all day Mother's Day. Sounds like a jack hammer. Very loud. You couldn’t hear the waves from the balcony. Not relaxing. I left early. Checked in Sunday and left Monday.
