IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted, only families.

- Air conditioning only in the living room. Bedrooms have fans.
- There are 2 individual sofa beds in the living room.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
- Due to the natural characteristics of the surroundings and Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.

Also nearby is La Masía Catalana de Salou (a complex of buildings built in 1974 and refurbished in 2011). The farmhouse was initially conceived as a monumental nativity scene where you could contemplate different characteristic elements of the rural sphere of Catalan life. In the latest refurbishment, an area with different children's play areas and landscaped zones has been included, and some of the existing buildings have been rehabilitated.
