Nomadic Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Set within a vast private olive grove, Nomadic Villa is perched above the town of Rethymno, offering sweeping views over the Cretan Sea and the olive-tree-dotted countryside below. This exquisite 300 sqm, single-level villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. Its generously proportioned living spaces provide ample room for everyone to relax, creating a welcoming, homey atmosphere that invites comfort and connection.

Outdoor facilities include:
-Private 100 sqm swimming pool (1.50 m deep) with ladder access. Pool heating available upon advance request (additional daily charge)
-Separate 20 sqm childrens pool (0.50 m deep)
-Pool area equipped with cushioned sunbeds, side tables, umbrellas, and a poolside shower
-Outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, pizza oven, gas BBQ, and sink
-Shaded pergola with outdoor dining area for all guests, ideal for al fresco meals
-Cozy outdoor living area with built-in cushioned sofas and additional seating
-Ample open space for children to play among the olive trees
-On-site parking for several cars within the villa grounds
-Fully fenced property with gated entrance, ensuring security and complete privacy
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

This is our third stay in Rethymno and this was, by far, the best Villa yet. For a group of 10 (five middle aged couples) the villa was perfect.
Every couple had their own room ensuite. Each bedroom had everything you needed. The open plan living space was huge and well equipped. Outside the pool was the largest we have had, perfect for the regular swimmers who wanted to do their laps. Loads of spaces to sit in either sun or shade and in groups or find some quiet peace for a read. The outdoor kitchen area was great. Much enjoyed by the South African in the party who was happy "braaing". And the views across the sea and to the hills were just amazing.
The villa is a short walk to a quirky bar up the hill during the day and only 1.5km from the sea and shops/bars, which we did do even if the roads aren't really geared for walking. A small hire car was useful but cabs are easy to get too!
Finally the welcome and hospitality from Rena and her family was great. To be met with cold beer, wine and a home cooked Moussaka was just what we needed after a long day of travel. Never intrusive but there if you needed them, the perfect hosts.
Fimally etouri, the agents and concierge are a real plus, sorting out transfers, reservations, cabs, hire cars. Really recommend this whole experience, villa and location.

Located in the heart of the island, 5 minutes from the city and its lively seaside, this spacious and bright retreat offers all modern facilities. Our family of 8 adults was very comfortable in this happy mix of private and common spaces. Despite the slightly chilly temperature, we took advantage of the huge backyard with a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the olive grove. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen.
The beauty of nature, the warmth of the Cretans, their heritage and their gastronomy make us want to come back. Thanks to the Nomadic villa family!
