We visited the area for a wedding on Boca Grande. The location was very convenient. A Publix grocery store is very close. The property is as described. It was very clean. Beds, pillows and bedding are good quality and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates, coffee cups, glasses so you can prepare a meal. There's some salt/pepper, etc. There is a toaster, air fryer, etc., Keurig (BYOKcups). The iron worked. While we didn't travel with our dog, this would be a good property to bring your pet - a nice backyard and easy in/out access from the house. We would stay here again.

This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable.
