Tenuta La Pineta is a stunning traditional Italian country villa, surrounded by acres of private park, woodland, and olive groves, and just a few minutes on foot to town, restaurants, shops and the beaches of Salò. The villa was completely rennovated in 2019, adding modern comfort and convenience to the stunning original antique finishings including stone walls and wooden ceilings. For 2020 a brand new private pool has been added. Perfect for large families and friendly get togethers, the villa is organised into 4 independant but connected apartments, plus a fifth apartment used as a dining and relax area where the whole group can cook, eat and spend time together. Please note, the apartments are not rented separately – the entire property is rented as a whole, providing maximum space and complete privacy for our guests.
Outside there is a large outdoor hottub, great for enjoying the evening sunsets together, and a dedicated outdoor dining area with table for 16+ and a barbecue. Around the house is a beautiful garden and lawned area, and beyond that acres of private woods, fields, and olive groves. The villa is surrounded by nature, in perfect peace and quiet, but still in town. It is an oasis of green within easy walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and lakefront promenade to downtown Salò.
The villa sleeps 16+2 in a total of 7 bedrooms with 7.5 bathrooms. The living arrangements are organised into 4 independant connected apartments:
Apartment 1: two double bedrooms with queensize beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area.
Apartment 2: three double bedrooms with queensize beds, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area.
Apartment 3: a large open space with queensize double bed in the loft, and two double sofa beds below, with kitchenette and bathroom.
Apartment 4: a romantic tower with double bed in the room upstairs and bathroom downstairs.

Bedrooms: sleeps 16+2 in 7 bedrooms. Total 7 queensize double beds and 2 double sofa beds. Organised into 4 independant but connected apartments.
Bathrooms: total 7 full bathrooms and 1 powder room (toilet only)
Kitchens: There are a total of 5 kitchens, 3 in three apartments and the 4th a group kitchen in the dedicated dining area, and a fifth kitchenette in the tower. The kitchens are all fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, crockery, pots & pans and utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, and french press coffee maker. The main group kitchen has also has a nespresso coffee maker.

The city of Salò is a beautiful small town, with an active cultural and music scene, many wonderful and internationally acclaimed restaurants, and the longest waterfront Promenade in all of Italy. There are numerous public beaches, all clean pebble beaches. Some of the beaches serviced with bars that rent beach lounge chairs and umbrellas, and some simple unserviced beaches. Along the promenade there are regular live music events in the evening.
Full hands-on luxury service, including professional cleaning, hotel quality linens & towels and concierge service is provided by Holiday-Garda. All of our villas are stocked with starting supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper, napkins, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper. We also provide a wide range of luxury extra services, including personal chef, masseuse, chauffeur, excursions, airport transfers, villa stocking and much more see the guest services section of our website.

This was the second time we stayed at Tenuta la Pineta and once again it ticked all the boxes. Space, privacy, amenities, views. It has the lot. Swimming in the lake before breakfast, running, walking, seeing the sites or chilling by the pool. Dinner around the table outside also was highlight on many occasions along with taking advantage of the many restaurants in Salo. Whole heartedly recommend.

Wonderful villa for a family reunion of 18 people (ages 15-56). We immensely enjoyed the stunning view of Lake Garda and the villa architecture and grounds are beautiful with a pool and trampoline. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Some rooms were not air conditioned, but fans were provided. Novella went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect and was very responsive helping us to arrange a cooking class at the villa, a gourmet dinner on site and paddle board rentals. The house is a little tricky to find but Novella provided perfect instructions. We shared some special moments gathered around the big dining room table that could accommodate everyone, enjoying the incredible food and wine of the Lake Garda region.

Super Peaceful Location on the hill overlooking the lake. We Loved the Pool. Plenty of pool towels and nice to see robes provided although we didn't use these. Plenty of sunbeds and garden furniture. Inside , the apartments were very spacious and well equipped with Plenty of ovens, fridges etc. The beds were super comfy with lovely soft and fluffy towels. The views from the apartments were stunning.

Above all, I would like to give a huge thank you to Novella who was amazing from the moment we booked. She responded to my emails and answered any questions immediately. She was so helpful and reassured us every step of the way from sorting Airport Transfers, stocking the villa with groceries and putting us in touch with Manuel at M&M Banqueting for our arrival meal and BBQ which was a fantastic experience.
We could not fault the service from everyone and would not hesitate to recommend Garda Holidays .

I am being picky here as there is nothing we didn't like.
We had an issue with Ants in the main kitchen but appreciate you cannot stop them coming in. Maybe some ant powder may help?
It was quite difficult cooking for 10 of us in the main kitchen due to the lack of work surface. Some of the kitchen appliances were precariously balanced on the edge of one shelf.

The property was all that we expected and a wee bit more (a ping pong table). So many wonderful views. Such good times. Property managers were first rate. Highly recommended.
