The second bedroom accommodates four with two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom sleeps up to five with full-over-full bunk beds, a single trundle, and a smart TV—perfect for kids or extended families.

Additional amenities include: a fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining space, gas fireplace in the living room, firepit, screened-in porch with hot tub, game room, cornhole and beach games, grill, and beach wagon.
