The place was just what we wanted for a long weekend. The location is perfect, linens, shampoo, and paper towels provided. I felt the place was clean & looked like the photos. The only thing i would add is that there will be people staying above you. Other than that, we had a great time with our dogs and loved the beach. We would stay here again!

Property is dated and a bit worn down but acceptable. Space was.good for 2 people and our dog, that we crate when away, any more and it will be tight accommodations. Shower stall is quite small and.some larger people or clostrophobics may find it too small to work but worked fine for us. Public beach access is right accross the street, the pier a couple blocks and grocery store a couple blocks more.
If your just looking for a place to sleep and shower, your not going to find a better deal in Emerald Isle, in season.

We were not impressed with our stay here at all, wouldn’t recommend it, and won’t rent from them again. We felt like we were being watched the entire time we were there.We felt that the property manager was rude and came across very unfriendly. We arrived in town a couple of hours early and stopped by the property to take a quick look at where we would be staying before going out to eat. He called us and told us that we could not be anywhere on the property before our check in time of 4 PM. Fine, but the way he talks to you and and comes across definitely needs improvement.The television in the living room developed double vision and stopped working on the second day. It is about 3.5 to 4 feet off the floor but yet he said that he thought that our dog seemed like a big dog to him and that it had somehow broken or damaged it.The shower is tiny. The barbecue grills are old and rusting apart and need to be replaced. The mattress on the main bed is worn out and needs replacing. My wife almost rolled out of the bed because it is so slanted from over use or someone really heavy sleeping on it.
