A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Enjoy your holiday in this charming holiday apartment with a breathtaking sea view, just 50 metres from the sandy and pebble beach. The accommodation is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home in Sukosan – a quiet coastal town between Zadar and Biograd, known for its beautiful marina, crystal-clear sea, and relaxed atmosphere.
The 53 m² apartment offers space for up to four adults and two children and features two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The cosy living and dining room with sofa bed is designed in an open layout to the well-equipped kitchen. The amenities include a dishwasher, an oven, SAT-TV, WiFi, and an air conditioning system for pleasant temperatures on hot days. From the private balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – ideal for breakfasts with morning sun or relaxed evenings.
In the garden of the house, you have a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a brick barbecue at your disposal. A private parking space is located directly on the property. Four bicycles can also be used free of charge - perfect for exploring the surroundings.
Sukosan itself offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés, doctors and pharmacies are conveniently within walking distance. The region is ideal for water sports, cycling tours, excursions into nature or relaxed days at the beach. The centre is only about a kilometre away, as is an ATM and medical care. The nearest airport is approximately 12 kilometres away.
Pets are welcome, for which a fee is charged. The communally usable washing machine is available for a fee.
This flat is ideal for couples, families or friends who wish to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday directly by the sea.
