SLEEPING QUARTERS: Grey Mist features three bedrooms-all with king-size beds. The downstairs primary suite offers a glamorous, spa-like bath with garden tub and large separate shower. The second floor has a second primary suite with private bathroom. The third king bedroom shares a bathroom with the open bunk alcove near the top of the stairs. This kid’s paradise features two sets of twin bunks each with a pull out trundle and plenty of floor space to play; plus it has a TV and DVD player.

GREAT FEATURES: Grey Mist has professionally decorated interiors, with tile flooring on the lower level and hardwood flooring upstairs. But chances are you’ll spend a lot of time on the wrap-around porch with the swing and Adirondack chairs. Grey Mist is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Grey Mist the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
