Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation home in 52249 Eschweiler. Nearby attractions include the idyllic Eifel region, Aachen, Maastricht, and popular destinations such as Monschau and Lake Rur., Whether you’re hiking, biking, or simply relaxing—you’ll find the perfect starting point for your getaway here.
Suitable for up to 4 people, the house is ideal for couples, families with children, or nature lovers who appreciate comfort and a great location.
Layout & Amenities:
Basement: Separate entryway, access to the washing machine and drying area in the basement
1st Upper Floor:
Bright living room with a cozy sofa, TV, and electric pellet stove (remote-controlled, pellets provided), access to the sunny terrace with an awning, seating, and a view of greenery; fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) with dining area for 4 people; guest restroom
2. Upper floor:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) + closet space for clothes, blackout curtains
- Bedroom 2: double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + walk-in closet, electric roller blinds
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and ample storage space
3rd floor (optional, available upon request):
- Additional bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m)
Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi throughout the house, residential area with easy access to nature, free street parking.
Note: The house is not wheelchair accessible and is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Pets are not allowed. Younger guests are also welcome. Upon request, we can provide a crib, a high chair, and a stair gate for the first floor. Bicycles can be stored safely and locked away after consultation. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

Eschweiler is conveniently located and offers easy access to the Eifel region, making it ideal for hikes, bike tours (e.g., the Vennbahn), or day trips into the countryside. Convenient access to shopping (e.g., Maastricht, Roermond). The Eschweiler City Forest is within walking distance. You can also reach Aachen (CHIO) quickly.

This is a beautiful home. Excellently equipped. The owners are right next door. So any help is on the doorstep but you feel very relaxed in a proper house. I cannot think of anything that was missing. We came on from a previous property armed with domestic supplies but didn't need a thing. There is easy parking on the street right outside. We came because we have friends in Eschweiler, but there is plenty to do by car or train. Countryside and cities.

There was a nice welcome. The place is very cosy, kitchen well equiped and good beds in comfortable bedrooms. Nice area for a.o. walking.

Super nice & clean property. Host was very kind. Best place to stay for family vacation. We definitely come back.
