This comfortable second-floor residence sleeps up to 5 guests and offers the perfect combination of coastal charm, comfort, convenience, and location.
With thoughtful touches throughout, beach gear for your enjoyment, and plenty of space to relax, this is a place where you can leave the busy pace of everyday life behind and simply enjoy your time together.
BEACHFRONT LIVING
The beach is just steps from your door!
Start your morning with a cup of coffee on your private balcony and keep an eye out for dolphins enjoying the Gulf. When you're ready for the beach, you'll be just a few steps from the beautiful white sand and uncrowded shoreline.
We've made beach days easy by providing beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys for your family to enjoy.
Spend your days swimming, walking the shoreline, building sandcastles, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine.
And when the day winds down, head back to your balcony and enjoy one of the area's spectacular sunsets. Each evening, the sky creates its own beautiful picture as you relax and reflect on another day in paradise.

Our 1,150-square-foot second-floor condo provides a comfortable and inviting space for up to five guests.
The living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed with an open-concept layout, creating a welcoming space where everyone can spend time together while enjoying views of the beach.
The private balcony is accessible directly from the living room, giving you the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon breeze, or a beautiful Gulf sunset.
Every room has been thoughtfully furnished with the little details that help you feel right at home.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals and enjoy the convenience of having a home away from home.

After a day at the beach, settle into the living room for a movie, a game, or some well-deserved downtime.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit for your convenience.

Beautiful oceanfront condo at Indian Rocks Beach — we had an outstanding stay. The unit is spotless, bright, and tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches (beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of linens). The balcony overlooks the water and is perfect for morning coffee and sunset views; the sound of the surf made it easy to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the dining/living area is open and airy. Location is ideal — steps to the sand, close to local shops and restaurants, and parking was easy. The host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and made sure everything was ready on arrival. Highly recommend this condo for couples or families looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

This condo has been beautifully updated, and well appointed. This bldg offers 3 separate apartments, elevated above their private parking spots. Don't be fooled from the photos. This home is right on the beach. Due to the older, multi-story construction, we heard the guests upstairs all the time. My wife found this troublesome. I was entranced with the quality of the upgrades and found the unit to be top tier. So much to do, and many great places to eat. This VRBO is a great deal if you want to be on the beach, or sit and watch the sunset from your balcony.
