Excellent property! Had an amazing stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented both of these homes for 3 nights for my 40th birthday family adventure. The location is incredible right next to Hells Revenge - you can sit out back / front all day and watch people UTVing. The homes are literally brand new they feel totally unused but have just enough character and amenities not to feel to sterile. Very comfortable beds and high end kitchen appliances. Loved the welcome snacks and coffee beans. The rental team was super responsive and helpful in working through some extra requests. Plentiful amount of towels and toiletries. Loved being able to use the hot tubs - kids loved them. The neighborhood is very quiet - still being built out but it felt like most of the homes were empty. We didn't attempt or navigate any of the trails around the neighborhood but saw some people walking. A bit of a splurge but highly recommend for a luxury experience in Moab!

The house exceeded all expectations. The convenience of check-in and the detailed information provided were very helpful. The views were amazing. There are so many incredible details in the house (speakers, electric blinds, the huge bathrooms, the privacy) and the hot tub was a huge hit. The beds, linens, and towels were all very comfy. It felt like we were at a spa. Totally a first class experience all the way!

Thanks for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay while we toured around Moab. We enjoyed using the Mesa as our home base while exploring the parks. The home was just as pictured, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub!
