Absolute beachfront home featuring 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining, rural views through back windows, and beautiful sea views through front windows. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. Enjoy your evening meal and the sunset from the front deck. Walk out the front door, amble across the road and you're on the beach.

Bed configuration: Sleeps 6 (3 bed/1 bath) 1 queen, 4 singles
Facilities: Open plan Lounge, Dining, Kitchen
Features/entertainment: tv, dvd, bbq - No Laundry facilities
Heating/cooling: Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner to the living area
Pets: No Pets
Fenced: Enclosed backyard
Special features: Sea Views
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and t-towel

We loved our stay at this property. The location is gorgeous, right on the beach. It was very clean and well looked after and the management company is very well organised. We’d love to go back again.

fantastic spot, will be coming back. Only thing for me is you can't open windows to get the cool breeze in and kitchen tap spout it a little low and it's hard to wash dishes (not a deal breaker )

A lovely spot. Very quiet in winter but with a great heater. A great view from the deck and plenty to do around the area. There were even dolphins in the bay. Very enjoyable.

This little home is perfect for us, we have stayed here numerous times and absolutely love the location.
Looking forward to our next trip away.
