* Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
* Garage fits one large truck/van or two medium cars.

**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER DESERT HOT SPRINGS ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**
* NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL - MESSAGE US IF YOU WISH TO BRING A PET - IF APPROVED - Pets: $75 (requires owner approval) 2 dog limit.
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of DESERT HOT SPRINGS.
* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost varies depending on season $149/night.
* The City of DHS requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival.
The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
**NO CANCELLATIONS DURING HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS**

Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft.
Proper PPE Usage
All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals
Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting
Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

Host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Main house was very clean, second building with 5th bedroom had a minor issue that wss addressed immediately. Heating the pool is not a good value at 100/day, but necessary if you want to be able to really use it.

We enjoyed almost a week at this property with my extended family. The home was fairly well stocked and we were able to cook most things that we wanted to in the kitchen or on the grill. The property managers were very accommodating and had the items delivered that we needed. The location is somewhat remote within a neighborhood but we knew that when we booked it. There are grocery stores and some restaurants within a ten minute drive. There was a heat wave during our stay so we were not able to sleep in the pool house for a few nights (it got too hot), but we were able to make it work for our group within the main house.

The location of this house is central and convenient to Palm Springs, the airport, and several activities. We thought the house was clean and the size is perfect for a small group. The outdoor space is really nice, lots to keep everyone entertained. We would have appreciated some additional kitchen knives for food prep and some extra blankets. The dishwasher did not work at all so we had to hand wash all the dishes.Also, even though i paid an additional 35/ day to heat the spa, it never got above a lukewarm bathtub temp; I messaged the property manager several times regarding this issue and it was never resolved. We each got in the spa one time to try out the temp and were all very disappointed not to be able to spend time in there despite having to pay so much extra.
