The Space:
The spacious apartment, located on the groundfloor and on approx. 112 m² in the family-friendly part of the city called Prenzlauer Berg, with direct street access, offers enough space for 11 people.
The bright living room invites you to relax during your stay in Berlin and is equipped with
· a large dining area
· Two comfortable sofa beds for 4 persons
· a flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function

· Comfortable double bed 160x200
· Single Bed 90x200
· Wardrobe

· Shelf

The kitchen is fully equipped with

Stonethrow away from Volkspark Friedrichshain. Perfect connection to Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor and other important sights. Tram station just a few meters away. Kulturbrauerei and other nice Prenzaluer Berg Kiez areas nearby. 24h shop across the street.
Getting Around:
The sight seeing bus line 200 starts directly in front of the house. So it takes just some minutes to Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden & Brandenburger Tor. Tram station just a few meters away. Tram to Warschauer Strasse and Hauptbahnhof. Bike rental just across the street.

Check-in is only possible via our digital check-in system. The link for this will be sent by e-mail, SMS or messenger app shortly before arrival.
Once the registration form has been filled and an ID card or passport has been uploaded, access to the Guest Area with all the details of your stay will be granted. Our support team is available around the clock by phone and chat.

Functional, Spatious, near grocery shops, parks, and and well connected to public transport,
We enjoyed staying at this flat close to our daughter location.

Apartment was very nice. Conveniently had access to downtown by Bus 200 outside front door and also the tram down the street. Gas station conveniently located across the street. Nice Coffee Machine!

The host was very responsive and helpful, unfortunately the listing itself was not as nice as advertised. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, we had to buy our own toilet paper and the unit itself had a strong cigarette smell. However, the unit had plenty of space for our group and the host was helpful and prompt when answering our questions.
