The kitchen has a sit down eating bar and all the equipment needed to make some lovely meals right at home. Brand new kitchen counter tops and refrigerator and stove. The bedroom has a King bed and a large TV. The newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower is absolutely beautiful.

Our community is one of the most chill, beautiful places in the world but directly across the street from the entrance to our community is Sawgrass Village. It includes multiple restaurants, Publix grocery, CVS, darling shops, liquor store, the Sawgrass Marriott, The Players Championship (TPC) golf club, Pickleball courts, eBike rentals, and much more. The very touristy St. Augustine is the next town south of us and the lively Jacksonville Beach and darling Neptune Beach are immediately north of us.
