The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience of the neighbors. Due to the houses` proximity, using vile or obscene language while outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. PARKING: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway and street. Parking at this house is available for 6 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden and you may be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.
3. NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $1,000 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.
4. REPORTING DAMAGE TO AGENT: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable condition found upon check-in will be reported to the Agent within two (2) hours of Occupancy.
5. DAMAGE POLICY: Licensee shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by Agent in its sole discretion) which may result from Licensee`s occupancy.

Great stay! Had an issue with the pool initially which was fixed very quick. Very attentive management staff. Really had an incredible time.

We loved this house and property. Everyone had a great time. It is very spacious. The game room and pool were a hit as well as the sports court and BBQ area.

It’s a beautiful house and backyard but many maintenance issues. The ice maker didn’t work, dishwasher hard to start and quit altogether the last few days, one shower didn’t work, pool wouldn’t heat the first 5 days and there were about 30 remotes for ceiling fans and TVs but most had dead batteries. It’s really disappointing to arrive at a house you spent quite a bit on and find out you can’t enjoy it until all the maintenance issues are resolved. I would not stay here again. I do however have to compliment the management company for quickly responding to our many calls. I just feel we shouldn’t have had to deal with all the problems instead of enjoying our vacation.
