If you’re looking for a true mountain hideaway, this is it: beautiful wooded setting, mountain views, peace and quiet, but just a short drive to downtown Breck. There’s easy access to trails and fishing, too! This cozy home in the woods will give you and your group a true Colorado experience. You’ll love it!
This cozy 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom home is a perfect for groups or families of up to 6 people. Set in the woods overlooking Pennsylvania Creek, it’s just a 10-minute drive from Breckenridge and the slopes; it’s a great spot for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.”
The living area has large windows for lots of natural light and taking in the scenery, and the gas fireplaces add to the ambiance of the home’s mountain setting. The large deck is located just off the living area and has a gas grill for barbecuing. The remodeled kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang happy and fed. The dining table has room for six and for breakfast and snacks, there’s room for three at the counter.
Other amenities include and washer and dryer, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience. Fishermen's Place is pet friendly and allows dogs.

Property is very comfortable - best part is the kitchen and deck overlooking the mountains. As someone else mentioned, the bed in the main bedroom is very soft - to the point of making it uncomfortable. If you are driving, bring a few throw blankets for snuggling up on the couch and watching TV. Lots of towels and starter amenities. Has both a Keurig and drip coffee maker (as of yesterday). Quiet location, only a few minutes to get to the city of Breck - nice neighborhood for walking. Management companynwas very responsive.

The house was perfect. We had plenty of room, it was a convenient location, spotless, and couldn’t ask for more.

Pros:-Property was very clean, organized, pet friendly, and equipped with most basic amenities.-Atmosphere was curated brilliantly, with touches of character everywhere you look.-Mountain views were super beautiful-Location was easily accessible and very close to several compelling activities Cons:-Several windows were broken/out-of-order upon arrival, including one that would not close completely.-Hot water functionality was intermittent, sporadic, and felt borderline random-No key or access code to mechancical room was provided, so no basic troubleshooting (pilot light check etc.) could be performed.-Property management company felt somewhat out of touch, possibly outsourced to AI. Just a suspicion based on the speed and quality of replies to inquiries.Overall:This is a very nice property in a prime location. Kudos to the owner and management team for allowing and maintaining a pet friendly environment. We did enjoy our stay but probably wouldn't book again.
