Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 150 metres from the beach.
Property composed of: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, Cable and Satellite TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption exceeding the included value will have to be settled by guests to Nuris2u, the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day booking according to accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit amount.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and transaction confirmation in your bank's app is required. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Everything was suitable. We loved all the amenities offered in the Apartment.
We had get used to turning the lights in the corridor. Because in previous rentals, the lights turned on automatically.

Apartamento mnt bem decorado mnt completo em tds níveis, aconselho e vou aconselhar vossa imobiliária
