Home on a corner lot. You will be close to downtown Stillwater & 3 min drive to Boone Pickens Stadium. Just half a mile walk to OSU. Great for being close to all the events & activities! House is stocked in kitchen for all your cooking & baking needs! Gas Cookiing! Bathroom is spacious! offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus lotion. Provide curling iron and hairdryer. Sleeps 6 with a king and Queen bed. There's a fold out queen bed. There's also an air up mattress, if needed. Private Backyard. Pet friendly. Grill out & enjoy the firepit. Full Washer & Dryer on site. Have a desk for mobile workers. Plenty of parking in front & side of the home. Payne County Expo events close. 3 min drive to Stillwater Medical Ctr. National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Cimarron Valley Railroad Museum and cultural highlights. Karsten Creek Golf Club & Perry Golf Club. Gallagher-Iba Arena 17 min walk. CLOSE to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, & so much more are with 9-15 min walk. Home has many amenities for you and your friends to enjoy! Comfy beds, free WIFI, & quiet neighborhood.! You will be able to enjoy grilling and hanging out with family and friends & seek out hiking/biking trails parks & mountain biking nearby!

Great location near all OSU and all Stillwater offers. Clean & tidy. Kelly was very repsonsive/easy to communicate with!

Very nicely appointed kitchen and large spacious bathroom were my favorite things about the home.

Little space: I'll get right to it:The house was freezing throughout our extended 10 day stay in winter weather. (Lows in 20s.) Adjusting the thermostat was an ongoing battle with an invisible controller as it kept reverting to a shivery 67 degrees. Suggestion: take the controls OFF the thermostat and let guests be comfortable. These were cold, cloudy days with no sun warmth either. The house is not well insulated and does not warm up easily. Then it gets turned back to 67 and we're literally shivering as the house is just COLD. Shabby neighborhood, not evident in photos. Surrounded by houses in various stages of run-downness. Broken up sidewalks that are treacherous. Overall very undesirable neighborhood that made us very uncomfortable. Antique appliances. Literally. 1950s wall oven from Sears Kenmore, ancient dishwasher. No garbage disposal. Washer/dryer are decent. Kitchen had no dish rack, no dish soap, no sponges. I bought a dish drying mat for frequently used items like mugs and coffee pot. Reading lamps in bedrooms all battery operated, and not one was working. Had to buy batteries to have light besides overhead. NO place to unpack: 2 closets were jammed with storage spilling out. We had to buy hangers to squeeze in.No dressers. What little space there was had clutter like fake plants on them. Awful chemical plug in deodorizers all over. Toxic. Unplugged.Host demands paying guests do laundry for them. Host wants to communicate off VRBO.
