Upstairs features two luxurious king suites with walk-in showers, one with a private balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The lower level boasts a media room with a 55” TV, pool table, extra fridge, and access to the screened-in patio with a hot tub and outdoor fireplace. These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• Friday and Saturday must be booked together
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
Memorial Day and Labor Day reservations must be at least 3 nights and must include Friday and Saturday
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with full-size Christmas trees & decor starting by the second weekend of November!
