Flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in first line of beach with communal swimming pool and very spacious indoor parking space included in the price, fully equipped. Large terrace set up as an outdoor living room of 34m2 glazed with three different atmospheres, sun loungers, dining area and rest area. Lift, bed and bath linen, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, bidet in both bathrooms with sliding doors and tap on the terrace. and everything you need to feel at home.

Dear guest,
To arrive from our offices in Punta del Moral to the apartment, you must exit again through the port barrier entrance and continue on Avenida de la Mojarra toward the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral. (You must go straight ahead toward Isla Canela).
Once you pass the hotels (Playa Marina, Playa Canela and Iberostar) continue straight ahead and at the roundabout take the first exit (passing through a rural road).
Once this rural road ends, you will arrive at another roundabout and when you pass it you will find the Residential area again. The fourth residential complex on your left is your final destination (Residential Los Flamencos).
