This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood ideal for a quiet, poolside escape. To preserve the tranquility of the community, guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and follow all city and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits outdoor music and strictly enforces quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Parties, events, street parking, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Overnight occupancy must not exceed the posted limit.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $89 nightly or $445 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
