Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house, community pools, and private beach access.
**Other Things to Note**
* Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November.
* We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
* This is a 2-story home so there are stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.
The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! So this was a great location and the private beach access was great. However, there are things to be aware of before you book. This is right beside a busy four lane road so expect road noise. Parking is very tight and can be an issue if you or someone at a cottage close to you have more than one car. The cottage itself is very cute and serves the purpose of a beach getaway. The kitchen is lacking a little in variety of tools/utensils available but still made it work for our needs. One item that wasn't mentioned that ended up being a huge plus for my family is the Gulf State Park that is just next to the neighborhood, accessible by a small walkway. The park offers amazing biking/running paths and beautiful scenery. A big plus for us!

This property was the perfect place for our spring break vacation! It had everything we needed, plenty of space, a nice kitchen for cooking, and the beach access was ideal. We will definitely be back.
