Charming one bedroom apartment in a very popular residence. Located in the district of Arenal, 300 m from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. A bedroom with 2 single beds, a dining room, living room with 2 sofas (including a sofa bed with sleeping for 1 person).
Bathroom (shower Italian) and independent kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc ..). Laundry room with washing machine.
Beautiful south facing terrace overlooking the very large pool and the very large garden.
RENTAL PER MONTH: from October to May on request: 650 € / month

We had a fantastic holiday, only criticism with the extreme heat some sort of air conditioning is required in the bedroom as it was unbearable.

Located approximately 5 minutes' walk from the beach, La Isla is a pretty development with a huge pool and gardens. The apartment was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the pool with comfortable sunbeds and table and chairs for outdoor dining. The owner Michel was easily contactable and very helpful. Would recommend!

Apartment is very nice with a new bathroom and kitchen in a great location. If I were to have one criticism, it would be that the bedroom lets it down a bit though as it's very dated and the linen and towels could do with updating. The only air con is in the lounge which doesn't reach the bedroom and there's no ceiling fan in there either. One side of the patio doors from the bedroom wouldn't open so we had to sleep in the lounge for the first couple of nights as it was too hot in the bedroom. We did report the door issue to the owner who promised to look into it but this didn't happen while we were staying there. This is only a small criticism though.
