Villa Rozana is a luxury waterfront villa (5 m from the sea) with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful town called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).
Guests can indulge in the ultimate wellness experience, with a dedicated wellness zone that includes a Finnish sauna, shower, and jacuzzi, ensuring complete relaxation after a day by the sea. The villa’s expansive 70 m² terrace, complete with an outdoor jacuzzi, offers the perfect spot to unwind while taking in stunning sunset views. The villa is located only 6 km from Split airport, 4 km from Trogir town (part of UNESCO heritage), 30 km from city of Split (also part of UNESCO heritage. Visitors can spend days visiting famous sightseeing locations on the islands as well as on the coastline , such as national parks Krka, Kornati islands, Mljet and Plitvice Lakes, or Red and Blue lakes beside Imotski. In the end, why not take a trip to south to explore the world-famous city of Dubrovnik. There are many exciting day trips on which to embark from the area, and you can park your vehicles securely on-site.
Sun-lounges flank on the balconies, affording stunning panoramic views. The apartment is great and as you can see in the photos right on a pepple beach. The water is not too deep, so very nice for children too.
There are 2 (good) restaurants and a beach bar near the apartment.
We were able to stay until our departure, which was very nice of Mislav.
All in all one of the best vacations we had.

Our 3 week stay at Villa Rozanna was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown. Comfortable for 2 people. The view from the terrace is beautiful! For us, the beach is a little too crowded but the sea is so clean and refreshing that we hardly noticed. Our hosts were quick to help when we couldn't figure out the TV remote. We would definetly recommend a stay here.

the property is only about 10 mins from split airport ,met by the owner ,Mislav Domic , on arrival and given a quick tour of the immaculate property ,any time of day Mislav could be contacted for advice on where to go to hire boats ,eat out or visit The area was very quite as it was end of season which we like ,but stunning

Absolutely fantastic! Just got back from a wondrful holiday. We had the top floor, 1 bed apartment, which is ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet. There are bigger apartments for bigger families. An ideal location for those with children too.
From our balcony we had spectacular views to the sea and mountains. All apartments at Villa Rozanas have see views. The aparment had been recently refurbished and was tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and we had a very comfortable king size bed. We were also able to use the communal bbq which added to the relaxing experience
Our host was very attentive and helpful and did everything in his power to make us feel comfortable. We would recommend a car if you are looking to do a bit of sightseeing which is well worth it. Krka national park is out of this world and is only 1 hr away and along the way there are other fishing villages worth a visit like Rogoznica and Primosten. Of course Trogir and Split are a must as well.
We definetely recommend this apartment to others.
