Quaint 3 bedroom house in the pines! This property is renovated top to bottom. Has a quiet back yard to relax in after a long day on the slopes or hiking the Grand Canyon. Located in a quiet neighborhood with hiking/biking trails. 5 min drive to NAU and 10 min to downtown Flagstaff. Quick access to Sedona (less than 30 min away). Dog friendly with a fenced in dog run (additional fees for dogs: $100 if notified at reservation, $250 fee if you arrive with your pet without notification).
Tri-level house surrounded by mature trees. Fenced in dog run to keep your pet safe. Plenty of parking and a two car garage.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate a late check‑out. It was a nice surprise to arrive to water and snacks after a long road trip. My son loved the foosball table. Having a washer and dryer available was incredibly helpful since we were in town for a soccer tournament. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great host with great communication. Nice space. Everything went smoothly during our stay. We liked the space so that the adults could hang in one area while the kids played in the other area.

Jeff was easy to contact and very responsive. The beds were super comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room was great to have as it was a little warm the first day. The welcome snacks were delicious. One suggestion would be a few games and puzzles. The foosball table was the nicest one I’ve ever played on. All the TVs worked great. Dishes and coffee maker where great and one of the best things is you’re allowed to park in the garage. We love the location as we went to Yacht rock concert and shopping a lot in town also we went to the Lowell’s observatory, which I highly recommend. We attended the gay pride parade and I did a three hour bike ride. What a fun seven days.
