In the district of an der Egg, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shopping centre, restaurant 800 m, bakery 500 m, café 500 m, bicycle rental 900 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kirche" 600 m, railway station "Dorf" 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.9 km, tennis 1.4 km, minigolf 1.1 km, sports centre 1.2 km, gondola lift 800 m, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 500 m, cross country ski track 1.4 km, ice rink 1.3 km, children's playground 1.3 km. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with a lovely balcony. The last 50 meters to the apartment are up a steep hill (but we did go for hill walking!) Very nice hostess.

The apartment has a balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains (but it is only half the balcony you see in the picture). It is well equipped with kitchenware and has all necessary amenities for a couple, though nothing luxurious. Grindelwald is a very expensive area so the price is probably fair. One issue: there is another apartment next to this one and the bedroom window opens into this one's balcony, i.e. lack of privacy on both sides when both apartments are occupied.
