Très bien située en limite du Centro Historico où tout est accessible à pied même pour des personnes âgées (70 et 74 ans) dans un secteur animé avec toutes les commodités (supermarché, restaurants, etc...). Les chambres donnent sur une petite arrière cour très pratique et sont très calmes. Salle de bain parfaite. Equipement général très correct. Climatisation très efficace. Accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire qui habite l'appartement à côté et est très disponible. Parking à 100 mètres sans problème d'accès (Skoda Karok). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une ville pleine de ressources et d'activités. Merci encore à Sergio.

Lejligheden ligger centralt for oplevelser i den gamle bydel med gode spisesteder og barer og alligevel med ret kort gåtur til stranden. Lejlighedens indretning var perfekt til to par. Sergio var let og hurtig at kommunikere med både før, under og efter vores ophold. Da vi en aften fik er mindre problem i lejligheden, kom han straks og ordnede det - og gav endda en flaske rødvin.

La casa es muy cómoda con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Sergio fue muy atento en la hora de check in, se amoldaron a nuestras necesidades dado que viven en la casa de al lado, lo que resulta muy cómodo el hecho de solucionar cualquier problema que pueda surgir. La cisterna del baño pequeño pierde agua y eso lo hacía un poco molesto por la noche, sobre todo para la persona que duerme contiguo. Pero por lo demás genial, muy bien ubicada a 1 minuto de supermercado y lugares para comer rico.

The apartment is perfect for visiting Malaga and live in the heart of the city; perfect for a large family or group of friends, very clean and well equipped. Quite in the night but close to pubs, restaurant and clubs. Sergio is the perfect host: easy communication, flexible and very helpful with everything; leaving in the next door is a plus for any circumstance. Strongly recommended!

Although the layout of the apartment is a little strange (one bedroom and bathroom are off the kitchen), the apartment was comfortable. Sergio lives in the next apartment and was available for questions or problems. The apartment faces a busy construction and street, but the bedrooms are on the back side, so the noise is not an issue for sleeping. When we used the stove and the living room heater at the same time, the circuit went out, but Sergio showed us where the circuit breakers were. It was great being able to walk around the city and see all the Christmas lights.

The layout of the flat means that each of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom so it was ideal for us travelling with another couple but wanting a bit of privacy. The only downside of the layout is that the kitchen is at the other end of the corridor to the dining room, but that wasn't a problem for us. There were enough of us to carry stuff!

Very central, close to the old city.

Wer eine preiswerte Bleibe mitten im Zentrum von Malaga sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Obwohl man sich in direkter Nachbarschaft von zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars befindet, kann man trotzdem ruhig schlafen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten raus, in Richtung Patio, so dass man vom Straßenlärm nichts mitbekommt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und das ein oder andere könnte mal erneuert oder renoviert werden. Die Betten sind ok, die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen und alles war sauber. In allen Räumen gibt es neue Klimaanlagen, die im Winter auch als Heizung funktionieren. Die Duschen waren etwas nervig, da man im Wechsel immer nur sehr kurz sehr heißes (zu heißes) und dann wieder kurz sehr kaltes Wasser hat. Ansonsten alles ok und aufgrund der optimalen Lage würden wir die Wohnung beim nächsten Mal wahrscheinlich auch wieder buchen.

Lejligheden er stor og ligger virkelig godt centralt placeret i byen. Den er lidt slidt, og vi havde lidt problemer med varmt vand i bruseren og et toilet, der ikke ville trække ud, men det var ikke noget, der ødelagde vores oplevelse. Værten er virkelig flink, hjælpsom og imødekommende.

Una estancia agradable, especialmente si no vienes en coche. Circular por el centro de Malaga es complicado pero, aparcar es imposible.

Classy apartment spacious living areas three bedrooms, ideal for families and friends.

The flat was very spacious and clean and close to everything. There were several good restaurants in the area and ten minutes walk from the beach. Special thanks to the owner who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay in the apartment.

Wij hebben een uitstekende tijd in het appartement gehad ( 5 personen). Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. En een zalig balkon. In het weekend is het wat drukker buiten want het ligt midden in het centrum. Wat voor ons een zeer groot plus punt is. Om de hoek terrasjes en restaurants. Naar het strand is het 30 minuten lopen. Supermarkt 3 min lopen. We hebben Spaanse cursus gedaan bij Enforex en die ook maar 5 min lopen is. Het enige nadeel is dat het warme water uit de douche niet altijd constant is. De eigenaar gaf aan dat er aan gewerkt word. De eigenaar woont naast het appartement en is heel erg hulpvaardig. Wij kwamen ,s nachts aan en dat was geen probleem. Als ik de volgende keer met meerdere personen zou zijn, dan ga ik graag weer hier logeren.

Beliggenhed, beliggenhed, beliggenhed. Og her er lejligheden suveræn. Og rigtigt godt med plads. Afhold dig fra at lave den store tre-retters i køkkenet, men derudover alt rigeligt mht. det basale. Sød og hjælpsom udlejer, der bor ved siden af.

Despite at first exploration feeling a little disappointed with the accommodation, we began to feel quite at home after a few days. The living/dining room is very comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished - though it all looks a little worn and shabby. The kitchen facilities are adequate and there is one bathroom w. toilet, bath and shower attachement over the bath (however with no hook to fasten your handheld shower). There is a secondary small shower room (again nowhere to attach the hand held shower) with toilet. Both showers really were giving a rather poor performance as well as being awkward to hold, and the three bed rooms are very small. We only used one of the two 'double' bedrooms' and wished that the double bed could have been in the childrens' room instead, which was the biggest, but had a bunk bed and two single beds in it. But you get used to this and the fact of having comfortable seating both for eating and relaxing makes up for a lot. And of course, most important of all is that the apartment - in a secure apartment block with locked external entrance - is so conveniently located in the Old City Centre of Malaga. Everything was within walking distance for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our walks and then coming home at the end of the day either passing the many tapas bars and picking up a Thai or Japanese or some other takeaway on the way, or stopping in one of the many restaurants round the corner. That is exactly what we had been looking for. We had several friendly text messages from Sergio - our host - both before coming and before checking out, but we never had the pleasure of meeting him, as originally he was away in Lisbon and we were checked in by Ana - a nice Spanish woman, who however spoke no English. All in all a good week in a lovely city location, with just a few niggles.
