Welcome to King's Landing, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! We invite you, your family, friends, and dogs to stay in this renovated home with a fully fenced-in backyard. We fell in love with this property located in the heart of Sister Bay and put a ton of work into it to make it the ultimate hang-out home. We are honored for you to experience the utmost in comfort and quality time.
The Space:
This 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom home is four levels and includes a fully stocked kitchen and two separate living spaces. The upstairs bedrooms provide quiet, comfortable rooms to rest and relax, including a bunk room at the very top level in the finished attic. Put the kids to bed and head on downstairs where you will find the finished basement. The basement includes an electronic dart board, pool table, large smart TV, wet bar, and mini fridge. The huge, private backyard features a deck, fire pit, and space to play in the grass.
The home is located along desirable Bay Shore Drive, a short walk to downtown Sister Bay where you can enjoy the beautiful waterfront, beach, and many wonderful restaurants.
Your well-behaved dogs are allowed. This property has a fenced-in backyard and allows up to 4 dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

- Bathroom 3 (finished attic): Full bathroom with shower
- Bathroom 4 (basement): Full bathroom with shower
Parking:
There are spots for 2 cars in the garage and a maximum rule of 4 cars in the driveway. This is strictly enforced by the Village of Sister Bay.

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.
Other Things to Note:
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

My overall review is as follows. The house size and comfort were excellent. It’s a lovely home, had a well equipped kitchen and we had plenty of space to spread out when needed. It was perfect for what we were looking for. And Simple Life, the management company was very responsive. However, just a couple of things to note: The cleaning and pet fees were very high. I have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and the pet fee amount was not mentioned in the contract and was the highest I have ever paid. It was not until I fully paid that the amount was shared. We also had a broken toilet in one bathroom, and no heat in one section of the house. Although we just layered up, and were fine, we were told someone would be coming by to fix the heat and they never came. It was christmas week, so maybe there was a problem scheduling , but given the amount of money paid for this week stay, it was a little disappointing. But overall, the location was perfect and it’s a lovely home.

This was a wonderful option for our mid week getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday! Walking distance to the charm and conveniences of Sister Bay. Beds were comfortable and house clean. The fireplace was a much used amenity given the chilling temps and the view out the living room window quite picturesque. There were a few broken toilets upon arrival but plenty of other options to use.

The house was in a great spot and fit my needs perfectly for my 30th Birthday party. The location is in walking distance to downtown and restaurants. There were just the right amount of beds for my guests and the downstairs bar was perfect for my wine tasting event!! A couple of things for future guests to note: the bedroom over the garage is not close to a bathroom with a shower, the spiral staircase is not suitable for the elderly or larger individuals, only one garage door works, and the dishes should definitely be washed before you use them.
