Welcome to Westeros, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Renovated in 2017, this one of a kind property offers 2 homes within one for up to 24 guests to enjoy comfortably.
The Space:
The south side accommodates 14 people in 4 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. The north side accommodates 10 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, and a living area. This home is perfect for hosting multiple families and gives immense flexibility. Additional amenities include an open-concept common area with a large farmhouse table. With 4,000 square feet, you will find the home spacious with many options for lounging and hanging out. The 1.5 acre yard offers 2 patio areas, a grill, and lots of outdoor seating.
From its central location in Ephraim, it is mere moments to the beach, amazing restaurants, and the best shopping. Westeros is the perfect Door County retreat!

-This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

The house was a great situation for our multi family visit! Room to gather but also enough space to no t be too on top of each other. Wonderful yard for people and dogs!

The house was fine but the dishwasher in the main kitchen was leaking with the first use. And the main kitchen garbage disposal was leaking under the sink and there was a small tray to catch the water

Pictures of the VRBO are misleading in that the outside of the building is in a state of disrepair. Garbage cans were full for two full days after we checked in. Grill was in terrible state and electric starter did not work. Response from host over the weekend related to concerns were not fully addressed until second day. I'd like to end on a positive note. My family did enjoy the stay as the inside of the house was more in line with description on VRBO website.
