This is our 5th year to AMI with 3 families and this house was perfect, beautiful inside and out and short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. We had AMI cabanas set up at the beach and they were able to set up at the end of our street. A/C gets super cold especially in the bedrooms at night. PoolFelt great, loved all the games outside.

House was very clean and beautiful!There is not an ocean view. Pool was great. House was fantastic except for non working ice maker and hot tub. Hot tub was not hot enough. We would definitely consider renting again.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this property. The house was beautiful and the close location to the beach was perfect. I especially appreciated the pool alarms on every door in the house with my two small children running around. The outdoor area was absolutely gorgeous. We look forward to our next visit to this house and would absolutely stay here again!

What a gorgeous home, clean, new, decorated nicely. Prettier than the pictures online, and no shower curtains! Every bathroom nicely tiled with granite tops.
The only thing that absolutely was most unpleasant was the pool alarms on every door that doesn't give you more than 10 seconds before the fire alarm startles the crap right out! So loud! If you don't have kids that Should have the option to be SHUT THE HELL OFF!!
