We were 3 people and enjoyed our 3 night stay. Chelsea has lots of restaurants and is close to the highlights of NYC.

The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that.

Beautiful and clean place with a perfect location to all the shops and train station. Absolutely perfect!

The check-in process is terrible, and the property manager was completely useless. The unit itself was fine and has a good location. The futon is terrible to sleep on, so if you're planning to use that, beware. The lock does not work properly, which I complained about multiple times, and I was told that it works perfectly. I took a video of myself turning the lock in complete circles, and it would not open.
