Experience the beauty of Cabo from Tooker Casa del Sol, your private hillside home in the exclusive Costa Azul community of La Jolla Residential in Los Cabos. This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps 10 guests and blends elegant design with indoor-outdoor living, featuring a private pool and spa, granite countertops, travertine floors, and stainless steel appliances throughout.
The heart of the home opens completely to the outdoors with 6-panel recessed sliding glass doors that disappear into the walls, creating a seamless connection between the living area, patio, and pool deck. Whether you're gathering with friends, enjoying a family vacation, or relaxing with a sunset cocktail, the home was designed to bring everyone together while still offering plenty of space to unwind.
The home offers 2,600 square feet of comfortable living space. There are 2 spacious master suites with king beds, 2 additional bedrooms with king beds and a shared oversized bathroom, and a fun kids’ room with a twin bed and trundle. Covered outdoor patios provide shaded lounge areas perfect for morning coffee or evening dinners by the pool.
The beach is about a 12-minute walk, where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, and long walks along the sand. Famous Zippers Surf Break and beachfront restaurant is about a 15-minute walk, and world-class golf, deep-sea fishing, and snorkeling are all within minutes.
You'll also be within walking distance to 10 restaurants, including 3 beachfront options. Grocery shopping at Mega is about 1.5 miles away, making it easy to stock the kitchen during your stay. The One&Only Palmilla resort is also about 1.5 miles away for additional dining options.
Located in La Jolla Residential, a 24-hour gated private community, the home offers both privacy and convenience along the beautiful Cabo corridor. Guests also have access to 1 private tennis court and 2 pickleball courts within the community. It’s just 12 easy miles from the airport, 5 minutes to San José del Cabo, and about 15 miles to Cabo San Lucas.
The home includes everything you need for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, satellite TVs, high-speed internet, purified water throughout the house, and a washer and dryer. Optional maid and private chef services can also be arranged so everyone can truly relax during their vacation.
For larger groups, we also own the 6-bedroom villa next door, making it possible to host extended family gatherings, retreats, or celebrations while staying close together.

Everything about it was a wonderful experience. Chris, the host, helped me all along the way. I was originally going to rent the house next door but even though that was more expensive he suggested his other house because he thought it suited our purpose better. I am so thankful to himHe also had beer, wine and sodas stocked for us in the refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked an suited for a profession chef. The out door kitchen was perfect for our group as well.Giovanni, the caretaker was also wonderful. He met us at the house to give us a tour and show us how everything worked. He contacted us during our stay to see that everything was alright. Every bed in the house was high quality and amazingly comfortable. It was in a gated community that was quite, peaceful and extremely safe. The pool and hot tub and comfortable patio furniture was another major plus. So relaxing and beautiful!!The photos don't do it justice. We could not have been happier with this dream house. Thanks again Chris.

The house was fabulous. The beds were firm and there were amenities. Shampoo and TP and cooking spices. We have a large “chosen family” reunion/birthday and rented the two houses next to each other. This house has a private pool that one can pay a little extra to heat. It was warm enough where we welcomed the refreshing water so didn’t heat it. But we did heat the other house pool next door. Chris was a gracious host and accommodated our mature large group with all of its changes and challenges with requests perfectly. He even arranged connection to a local restaurant for us to have a DJ party. His connections to chefs and massage folks really came in handy. We utilized them multiple days in our week stay. Navigating different groups with no real intel can be challenging and Chris shined throughout and was accommodating and a great communicator. Highly recommend this house and the one next door for large groups (and small ones too). Thanks Chris for making our gathering successful!

Had not been to Cabo before and everything was better than expected. The beaches and water were beautiful and only a short walk from the house. The house was great, and even with 10 people, it more than met all our needs. Victor did a great job helping us with any question that we had. Many thanks!
