You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout of this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while lounging on the couch or loveseat. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite countertops, appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for and two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and a wall-mounted TV. Excellent host! Very responsive. Location is great. The place is a little rundown and needs some TLC. However, great value for what we paid. Close to the beach.

We came for a beach weekend trip. The condo was very cute, clean and comfortable. The ac worked great and there was plenty of space to relax. Loved the golf cart and beach access.

Highlight of this property was the convenience to the beach. We loved having the golf cart, only a quick ride on the boardwalk and you were on the beach in minutes. Kitchen supplies (pans, utensils, etc.) were inadequate. One of the main pans did not have a handle. Upstairs bathroom shower could use new caulking, mildew is present. Quiet neighborhood with mostly families renting. Floor plan worked great for 2 parents and 4 teenagers.

Great location, easy beach access, small community pool great for kids, and golf cart included in rental was a huge plus!
Upstairs bathroom and windowsills needs a deep clean and sheets on beds were rough and thin.
Overall a great stay!
