A spectacular five-bedroom villa, masterfully designed in a traditional Andalusian rustic style, this elegant home is located in the exclusive and private Montecarlo complex in San Pedro de Alcántara—just metres from the beach. Offering the perfect blend of classic charm and modern comfort, the villa is ideally situated for a luxurious coastal getaway.
As you approach the property, you’re welcomed by a beautiful entrance patio featuring a tranquil water feature and a stylish seating area—an inviting space to relax. Step inside to a grand entrance hall, which leads to a bright and spacious living area with a striking vaulted ceiling and an impressive 85-inch TV. French windows open onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the large, private heated swimming pool (available year-round at an additional daily cost), surrounded by meticulously landscaped gardens and various sunbathing areas.
Also on the main floor is a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining laundry room, as well as an elegantly furnished dining area—perfect for both casual and formal meals. A bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom completes this level.
On the lower ground floor, you’ll find a dedicated games and entertainment room, featuring a pool table, darts board, and a cosy TV lounge with another 82-inch screen—ideal for family fun or hosting friends. This level also includes a private twin en-suite bedroom, ideal for guests seeking their own space.
The upper floor hosts the spacious master suite, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Two further twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, are also located on this level, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.
Off-street parking is available, with additional parking directly outside the villa. Guests will enjoy fast and free Wi-Fi (up to 100mb with unlimited downloads), as well as access to over a thousand TV channels in various languages, including English, Swedish, French, and Russian. Premium channels such as Sky Sports, BT Sports, and Sky Movies are included, along with an extensive library of films and box sets.

This is a fantastic villa and we would certainly recommend. We were 2 families of 5 kids (all 12/13yrs) & 4 adults, and it was the perfect size for us all. It was brilliantly equipped with a games room, two large tvs, 2 large tables to dine at, BBQ, etc and enough kitchen items for us to feel like it was home from home - even down to the tupperware collection!!! It was clean and in good condition. Note no hot tub as advertised but we wouldn't have needed this due to the heat anyway. Outstanding professional service from Finest Rentals who we would gladly book through again, we really couldn't fault anything... apart from the mosquitos (which not much can be done about!) and also perhaps the location, which is our fault entirely for not checking properly beforehand as we thought we would be closer to Marbella than we were - however we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would recomend to anyone. For families with smaller children, it's worth mentioning the pool is quite deep even in the shallow end.

We are very happy with our vacation in San Pedro and staying in Villa Magnolia. Such a nice house where many people can spend the holidays together! Nice bedrooms and large areas to spend time together. The pool is very good and the garden with the patio fantastic!

What a gorgeous place. Pictures do not do it justice. They have thought of everything for your stay. Situated in a really lovely area. Literally a 10 mins walk to the beach and several restaurants.
The garden is beautiful and secluded and the pool is in the sun most of the day.
