Generally quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan can accommodate large group. Good communication with host. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Great house, great location.Rented this property for a work trip but it was exactly what we wanted/needed. Great location in East Naples. The property is a little more than 1/2 a mile from the main (BUSY) road but when sitting out on the great wrap around deck you cant hear a thing ... peaceful. House was well appointed, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I did message the owner a couple times with questions and he was very quick to respond and friendly in his responses. We were out early and back late everyday, wish we could have enjoyed the home a bit more. Keeping it earmarked for next year.

Not safe and dangerous! Avoid this house and this host at all costs.Don’t let the photos fool you—this is a shared property, not a standalone home as advertised. The house is located in a rough, undesirable area. When we arrived at 5:12 PM, the front door was unlocked and the place was filthy—clearly not cleaned. I immediately called the host. His first question was, “Which unit are you in?” That was the moment we realized this was not a private house at all. I told him the property was dirty and that we had no idea it was shared. His response? “I thought it said so in the listing.” It absolutely did not.We walked back out of the unlocked house and immediately started looking for alternative accommodations. While we were waiting outside, the host pulled up. I told him face-to-face that we were not comfortable staying in a shared house with a strange man and that we were leaving. I also asked for a full refund. He confirmed—right there in person—that he would issue the refund through the VRBO chat. Then, on Tuesday, he messaged me claiming he “didn’t know we had canceled” and began fighting the refund request. This host is dishonest, unprofessional, and a horrible person. He should not be allowed to rent on VRBO. Stay far away.

New model home, brand new house all new furniture. Pine ridge jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles or 15 min straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls close to I-75. My brother and I came down to visit our mother who lives only 5 minutes away from this location. The house is very modern and new with wonderful amenities. It's just east of Highway 75 and not far from the airport at all.
