🚽 a separate toilet.

🌞 A balcony with a table and two chairs is at your disposal.



🛗 The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator).



⚠️ Facade renovation work will take place in November and December 2024. It is possible that certain equipment will not be accessible during the stay (shutters, balcony, etc.)

🍼 The apartment has a cot (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and aged under 3) and a high chair. Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to book the "baby bed linen" option at an additional cost.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
