Marco did an excellent job. Our room had an amazing view, with a 5 minute walk to the beach and town square.

Nice house (with upstairs and downstairs apartments). Good outdoor space and great views. Laundry is exterior from the apartment (centrally located to both units) through a doorway. Lemon trees on property and falling fruit leads to ants being around outside. A few touchups needed (light replacements). Easy access to beach and restaurants (steps down). Parking available but street is tiny (two-way but space for single car traffic).
