This property has a 7-night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months.

Policies:
1. Check in is at 4pm | Check out is at 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balconies.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We really enjoyed the beauty and convenience of this carriage house.It was so close to the pool, playground and beach. Perfect for a small family.

Such a lovely carriage house. It was perfect for myself and my pre teen daughter and her friends. Very spacious with a bed downstairs, full kitchen and nice size bathroom plus another bed upstairs. Highly recommend!!!

Nice stay. Clean. Ideal location. Short walk to beach and pool. Only thing lacking in the carriage house- need hooks to hang swimsuits and towels. Also, there is a pool when you come down the stairs, which may deter some guests with small children, but there is a very loud alarm that goes off every time door opens inside carriage house.

Overall an okay stay if you don’t mind a more aged and not so well maintained unit. I would caution anyone with children to be careful of the stairs and balcony as the wood is ruined and splintering. We didn’t have any children who would be walking on it but just be safe. Door to balcony needs replaced and multiple other maintenance issues. Very limited supplies so bring all necessities such as toilet paper (ran out day 2 of 7), paper towels (ran out day 3), laundry detergent (only 2 loads given so we went and bought our own supplies), dish detergent (again only two packets). The trash is downstairs next to the gate entrance to the left. We didn’t find until until mid week and it was already packed all week from the main house. Not very private as you walk right into the back yard and pool of the main house with people and kids. No problem if people are nice but it’s worth mentioning. Overall not worth the price and limited amenities, low supplies, lack of maintenance, and ran by a company who has no real communication.
