10A Brunswick living is a contemporary studio unit that offers all the comforts of home, it's shopfront right on the Route 58 tram stop, it maybe noises due to the car/tram pass on the road.
This studio suitable for up to 2 people short stay to be near to the city or airport.
There is no cooking facilities or TV, however we do provide cutlery/ toaster/kettle, sugar/tea/coffee making/sandwich presser/ mini bar, free Wi-Fi also provided during your stay.

☆Close to Union Square S.C and Grantham Street cafes

Couple of things to be aware of, byo towels and war plugs if you dislike traffic noise. Central tram to city stopping literally outside the door. Clean and basic fit out.

This studio was exactly what I pictured from the listing. Very convenient to where I wanted to stay close to family.
I didn’t find the traffic too noisy but as it states you I right on the roadside & by a tram stop.
Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Some small flying bugs in the bathroom but other than that, a great location for access to nightlife and public transport. Brilliant for a short stay.

Was ideal for a short trip to Melbourne, super comfortable and perfect for individual or a couple stay. The host of the accommodation went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay :))
