Step directly from your private deck onto the soft sands of East Sandwich Beach—no shoes, no shirt, no problem. The waves will be your soundtrack, the salty air your perfume, and your biggest stress? Remembering where you left your beach towel.
Inside, the home balances elevated coastal vibes with modern design. The spacious living room, with its wall of windows, makes sure you never lose sight of the glittering Atlantic (as if you could). Grab a coffee, a good book, and settle in—ocean views are served up fresh daily.

All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150 - 250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. This house is so extremely special. It’s beautiful and clean and luxurious. But also so very welcoming and warm. We stayed here as a family of 4 with a 3 year old and 1 year old. It was a perfect set up for us - to sit the kids at the kitchen island and watch them eat breakfast while we sipped our coffee and felt like we were right outside because of all of the back windows and sliding glass doors. The drive out to the house through blue berry fields and marshes makes it feel very remote and special. You can tell the owners really love and care for this home. Can’t recommend it enough. And check in, communication with BH and check out were all easy snd seamless! 5 stars all around - we hope to be back at this house next year.

This house was perfect for our little family getaway. Right on the ocean, the views and access are unbeatable. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. We’re looking forward to coming back here!
