Tip top sauber, gutes Mobiliar, keine Sperrholzmöbel, Bett (Matratze/Bettdecke Inlay,Kopfkissen) sehr sauber. Eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Bei 85€/N etwas knausrig, dass es bei 2 Übern./1 Pers. nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier gab (außer ich habe was übersehen). Reicht aus, solange man keine Probleme hat. Spüllappen u. -mittel vorhanden. Schwimmbad nicht getestet. Lage auf dem Berg "Lahnstein in der Höhe", wunderschöne Gegend zum Wandern, Radfahren, Kanu etc.

Bin öfters in dem kleinen Apartment, während meiner Schulung bei der GGB. Kurze Wege und es hat alles was für einen Kurzurlaub gebraucht wird. Würde immer wieder dort wohnen.

ein Zimmer / ein Schlafzimmer / ein Bad - ist etwas irreführend, tatsächlich ist es nur ein Zimmer zum Wohnen. Aber das Bad ist abgetrennt und die Küchenzeile ist gleich hinter der Eingangstür und mit einer Tür vom Wohnraum abgetrennt. Es war nicht einfach zu finden, aber die Schlüsselübergabe war auch nach später Ankunft problemlos. Vorher anmelden, dass man später kommt, dann bekommt man einen Code für den Schlüsselsafe. Dann fehlt allerdings der Plan, wie man die Wohnung findet.
