Magnificent villa on stilts located 30m walk from the entrance to the central beach of Hossegor. Its dominant position in the 2nd line in relation to the neighboring houses will allow you to enjoy the view of the ocean or the pine forest at the back. This 225 m2 house with a plot of 1200 m2 was completely renovated in 2021. It is spacious and very bright thanks to the many bay windows. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace in the living room after your walks along the beach.
ATTENTION: for groups of more than 10 people, the rental of the studio on the first floor of the house is necessary.
This OPTION is offered at a rate of 150€ per night plus 40€ cleaning fee at the end of the stay
The studio can only be rented to tenants of the main house. So you are the only ones on the property.
A swimming pool is available from May to the end of September.
OPTION: a relaxation area with 6-seater jacuzzi, 5-seater sauna and massage table.
Price: €150 for 1 to 2 nights / €300 beyond

Location is wonderful. At the end of the village and 50m from the white beach. The upper floor was nice and renovated with an airy feel and great outdoor terrace to all sides. Bathrooms upstairs were all good. Overall cleanliness was good.Downstairs less good. Damp and and a bit dampish smell. The advertisement offered beds for 14, but upon arrival the small studio next to the nice little pool was at extra cost. We didnt need it, just make sure you clarify. The wellness is nice but we really would always prefer the sea...or the pool. Owed to the harsh weather the outside needs some 'tlc' and cleaning up. We thoroughly enjoyed the holidays anyhow, but for the price the owner could put a bit more effort in exterior upkeeping.
