Best location in Oakland.
Walk to local hospitals, Temescal & Piedmont Ave for shopping & dining, and the MacArthur BART station to get to downtown San Francisco in 17 minutes. If you're in town for work, visiting friends or family, or an adventure in a new city- this apartment is a bright and spacious retreat after a day exploring Oakland.

There are 5 steps on the outside of the building to get to the front door. Once you are in the house there are no more stairs. It's a single level apartment.
Walk into the entryway and drop your keys or bag onto the console table. To the left you will find the bright living/dining room with a couch, coffee table and 50" smart TV. This great room also features a dining table for 4 and a workspace for remote work.
Walk down the hallway and the primary bedroom is to your left featuring a California King sized bed and another desk & chair. This room has a closet with hangers & a dresser. The room also has a luggage rack for your convenience.
A bit further down the hallway you will find the fully stocked kitchen followed by the 2nd bedroom which has a queen sized bed.
The bathroom is at the back of the apartment with a bathtub, shower, vanity & toilet. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
Walk out the rear door to find the laundry area which leads to the driveway and parking area. There are steps down to the parking area and behind the building there is another unit which might be occupied by other short term rental guests.
There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located. The house was clean and easy to maintain. Plenty of space for the three of us. We highly recommend this home.

Very Clean place that is well kept. The neighborhood is up and coming and there are amazing places popping up for great food and coffee. Overall great place and very good value particularly if you need to be close to Kaiser or Piedmont.

We enjoyed an 8 day stay here, (hosted by the amazingly responsive hosts Riza & Miguel), as we were visiting our daughter for Christmas. This rental fulfilled our needs as a very functional space, convenient to Oakland/Berkeley, and while not luxurious, worked well for us. The nicely laid out floor plan, the parking spot in the rear, the comfortable beds, and the fairly well-stocked kitchen allowed us ample relaxation time when we were not out and about. Again, while not fancy, a solid stay.
