The country house, a rural home with pool and garden in Sant Martí Sarroca, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 78 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, and towels for the beach or pool. There is also a ping-pong table available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with pool, garden, covered terrace and barbecue, all for your exclusive use as guests.

There is a parking space available on the premises next to the house. This property is not suitable for children, as the pool is not fenced. Pets, visitors, smoking, and events are not allowed. The property offers homegrown products.

This property has guidelines for proper waste separation, with more information available on site. The establishment uses energy-saving lighting and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. Rainwater is used to irrigate the vegetable garden.
