ACCOMMODATION
sofa bed and dining area. Outside there is a furnished balcony where you can eat outside and relax on comfortable deck chairs after a long day. The apartment is fully air conditioned and equipped with free wifi.
The apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, independent heating, safe, TV, completely free wifi, cot (on request, with supplement), linen at the beginning of the stay and weekly change (the latter on request, without supplement).
The accommodation for your holidays is located on the ground floor, in a residence consisting of a total of 6 apartments, also there is a common terrace equipped with a rocking chair and outdoor living room. The residence has a large underground garage while just 10 meters from the house you will find a large public car park. The house is located in Piazza Mercato, where there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies and shops of various kinds, it is also very close to the Virgilio thermal establishment and only 3km from the beautiful Aquaria thermal spa for which we have discounts. The historic center of Sirmione is a short distance away, reachable on foot with beautiful walks along the lake or with public services. Less than 5 minutes walk you can reach the supermarket and the various public transport stops. It is also located a few steps from the lake and the public beach equipped for surfing and water sports. To better visit the area and the neighboring countries you can use the bicycles that we have available for you free of charge (to be requested from the owners).
We accept pets with a supplement of € 6 per day while the tourist tax is € 1 per person per day.

The apartment offers an independent and reserved stay, both for a short vacation, and for medium or long-term holidays to fully enjoy the wonders of the lake and the surrounding area.
