The Space:

Welcome to our stunning three-story home, offering ample space and luxurious amenities for any occasion. With 6 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this residence is designed to accommodate your every need. Enjoy the cozy den, perfect for relaxing, a bright breakfast nook for leisurely mornings, and a spacious living room for gatherings.



Our home is ideal for hosting retreats, weddings, or any celebration worth remembering. The expansive layout and thoughtful design provide the perfect backdrop for your special events. We offer plenty of space and amenities to ensure your occasion is a success. Make our home your one-stop shop for unforgettable moments and cherished memories.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 6 bedroom, 6,000 square foot home. The event venue is rented separate but can be combined with your stay. Please message us for details and pricing.



The farmhouse and venue can be rented separately, with the venue managed directly by the owners. Please note, if you rent only the farmhouse and the venue is booked separately, access to the property’s acreage will be limited. However, if you rent both the house and the venue, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of both properties, except for the catering house, which is reserved for vendor use.



Other Things to Note:

Only 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 20 minutes from Cary. It is also only a 2 minute drive away from Jordan Lake, where you can go and have an amazing lake day! It's also just an hour's drive to the North Carolina Zoo.



Close to all the amenities Alex has to offer.



Please note due to event venue there is an additional small home on the property for catering services. A truck delivery occurs once to twice per week during a small portion of the day.



Please note, in case of a cancellation refund, a 3% processing fee will be deducted.



Separate parking for event venue. Private parking provided for guests staying in the home.
